Most deliveries to the North West region are conducted by our very own, highly trained delivery team. On the day of purchasing your new bed or mattress, or for special orders on the day your bed/mattress arrives at our warehouse, we will arrange a delivery day with you on the phone.
Pick a day suitable for you
Once your bed is delivered to our warehouse you will receive a call or notification to schedule a delivery date to your home.
One hour time slot
On the day of delivery, you will receive a text between 9-9.30am with a one hour delivery time slot.
We will then deliver your new items straight to the room of your choice and assemble your new bed for you. This applies to divan sets and certain bed frames. Bunk beds, tv beds and ottoman bed frames will incur an additional assembly charge due to the time required to assemble. This must be agreed prior to the delivery date in order to allocate sufficient time.
If pre arranged we will remove your old mattress/bed (charges apply) and correctly recycle it to avoid landfill. We will also remove all packaging from all orders for correct disposal and recycling.
For deliveries outside of the north west we have partnered with the excellent BJS Family for deliveries. This allows us to deliver your new bed straight to the room of your choice, all on a day convenient to you, and continue our stated services for deliveries further afar.
Mainland delivery will follow the same general order of local deliveries however your time slot will be three hours instead of one, you will also receive a phone call from he BJS delivery team instead of our in house team before delivery.
Nation wide deliveries will be carried out by the BJS two man delivery service and will follow the same order as mainland Uk deliveries. Please be aware of any extra costs for nation wide deliveries you can check potential costs on our map below.
Due to increasing delivery costs we have had to add a £50 flat rate delivery charge to the following post codes in Northern Scotland: KW, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, FK, KY
And we’ve also added a £100 flat rate delivery charge for all Northern Ireland orders to the BT post code
Do I receive my bed the same day it comes to your warehouse?
Please be aware that the stated day of delivery to our warehouse is very rarely the same day of delivery to your home. If a delivery date is not stated on your invoice/receipt and/or you have not received a text message confirming a delivery date, a date may not have been scheduled.
