If you don’t love your new mattress after a minimum of 30 nights up to a maximum of 60 nights from delivery, you can return it in exchange for any alternative mattress sold in our stores or on our website.

This offer only applies if the mattress is used with a mattress protector purchased at the same time (selected when adding the mattress to your cart if not in store) and the mattress is returned in resalable condition. Which means the mattress must be clean, undamaged, and free from stains.

We reserve the right to deny an exchange, part exchange or refund if the mattress is soiled or damaged. “Soiled” refers to any stains, odours, or marks, and “damaged” refers to any tears, rips, or significant indentations. This, therefore, would invalidate the trial.

You must use the mattress for at least 30 nights, before contacting us to arrange for a collection and exchange. It can take up to four weeks to adjust to a new mattress, so we advise to give it this amount of time.

If the chosen replacement mattress is of a higher value than the original, the difference must be paid at the time of ordering.

If the chosen replacement mattress is of a lower value than the original, the difference will be refunded at the time of ordering up to a maximum of £200.

After the 60th night, the trial will end and no exchanges or refunds will be possible.

If you choose to exchange or return your mattress you must cover the cost of collection and delivery of your chosen replacement at a cost of up to £70.

Only one exchange per comfort trial is permitted.

The 60 Night Comfort Trial only applies to a selected range of mattresses; all other products are excluded. Please refer to our website, call us or ask in-store for the list of eligible mattresses.
