By participating in the 40-Night Sleep Trial on TEMPUR® mattresses (the “Sleep Trial”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

  1. The Sleep Trial is available exclusively for customers who purchase a TEMPUR® mattress and a TEMPUR® mattress protector in the size corresponding to the purchased mattress.
  2. The Sleep Trial is limited to one mattress per customer, household, or delivery address.
  3. The Sleep Trial begins on the date of delivery or collection of the mattress.

Duration

  1. The Sleep Trial is valid for 40 nights from the date of delivery or collection of the mattress.
  2. Customers must trial the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before initiating an exchange request, as the mattress may require time to adapt to your body.

Exchange and Refund Process

  1. If you are not satisfied with the TEMPUR® mattress during the Sleep Trial, you may exchange it for:
    • Another mattress of the same price.
    • A mattress of a higher price, provided you pay the price difference at the time of the exchange.
    • A mattress of a lower price, in which case the price difference will be refunded to you. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of completing the exchange.
  2. No refunds will be provided for the original mattress unless exchanged for a lower-priced mattress.
  3. The exchange must be requested within the 40-night trial period.

Conditions for Exchange

  1. The mattress must be returned in its original state, minus reasonable wear from normal use. The following conditions must be met:
    • No stains, tears, or other damage.
    • All original labels and tags intact.
    • Free of odors or other hygiene-related issues.
  2. Mattresses showing damage or alterations, other than manufacturing defects, will not qualify for an exchange.
  3. The TEMPUR® mattress protector must be returned with the mattress as proof of purchase and use during the trial.

Our Rights

  1. We reserve the right to refuse participation in the Sleep Trial, including but not limited to cases where:
    • The mattress or protector does not meet the return conditions outlined above.
    • Evidence suggests misuse, negligence, or intentional damage.
  2. The Sleep Trial may be withdrawn or altered at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Limitations

  1. The Sleep Trial is not available on clearance or discounted TEMPUR® mattresses, display models, or mattresses purchased through third-party sellers.
  2. Delivery charges for the original mattress and any additional delivery or collection fees associated with the exchange are non-refundable and will apply to the exchange.
