
What is the 60 Day Trial?
To help you feel more confident in the purchase of your Prestige Relax mattress, we provide a 60-night trial option. This allows you to try a Prestige Relax mattress in the comfort of your own home for 60 nights.
We are 100% confident that you will love your Relax mattress, this is why we provide you with the opportunity to trial one at home.
If you want to take advantage of the trial period, the following terms and conditions apply.
Why do I need a mattress protector?
For our 60 night trial we reserve the right to deny an exchange, part exchange or refund if there are any dirty marks, stains or damage to the mattress. So for this reason we require a mattress protector to protect the mattress if you chose to return the mattress.
The mattress protector we offer is the Essential Mattress Protector from Protect A Bed Essential Mattress Protector. You can add this directly within the product by choosing your correct size.
Terms & Conditions
- If you are unhappy with your choice of the mattress after 60 nights of the trial, you can either exchange your mattress for one of equal value, part-exchange it towards a more expensive one or receive a refund for the value purchased at.
- We reserve the right to deny an exchange, part exchange or refund if there are any dirty marks, stains or damage to the mattress. This, therefore, invalidates the trial.
- We reserve the right to reduce your refund to reflect any damage, including but not limited to:
- Wear and tear (including stains or marks).
- Damage through wilful neglect and/or poor storage conditions.
- Rusting and/or corrosion caused by exposure to water or weather.
- Damage caused by fire, smoke and/or infestation by animals or insects.
- Alterations or repairs made by third parties not authorised by Prestige Beds.
- You must wait until at least 28 nights have passed, since delivery of the mattress, before contacting us to arrange for its exchange.
- This offer only applies to mattresses that are purchased with a mattress protector (selected when adding the mattress to your cart) and are in a pristine and fully clean condition when returned.
- The 60 Night Sleep Trial only applies to the ‘Prestige Relax’ range of mattresses; all other products are excluded.
- The 60 Night Sleep Trial only applies if the mattress is used in a domestic and non-commercial environment.
- Our price match policy does not apply to the chosen replacement mattress.
- If the replacement mattress is of a lower value than the original, the difference is non-refundable.
- After the 60th night, the trial will end and no exchanges or refunds will be possible.
- After arranging your return, please remove all bedsheets in readiness for collection and ensure that your mattress is stored in a dry, accessible room between ground level and level three.
- If you choose to exchange or return your mattress you must cover the cost of collection and delivery of your chosen replacement at a cost of £60 + VAT.
- Your mattress will be collected by Keen & Able, our 2-man delivery partner.
- Only one exchange per customer is permitted.
