Working shifts can be extremely hard and more often than not it can be hard to find the time to sleep and when you do you wake up feeling totally not refreshed. If this is you then it is time you took some tips from Prestige Beds.

Firstly in order to keep your body clock regular and to not keep confusing it you should try and sleep for at least four hours straight at the same time each night/morning dependent when your shift is. So for instance if you’re working at 11pm till 6am you should try sleep for four hours say from 6pm – 10pm every single night.
Next when you’re not working say at the weekend or if you have a period of days off then this is the time you should allocate to getting some recovery sleep in bed on your mattress.
Although it can be tempting to drink coffee or other products containing caffine as well as a whole range more of stimulants it is best that you stay away from them. In addition to these you should stay away from any sleeping aids such as sleeping tablets and if you do have trouble sleeping try something more natural:
