A superb experience from start to finish.

At the showroom Gary managed to be attentive without being at all pushy.
He had both patience and knowledge, making my experience of Prestige Beds a very satisfying one.

The delivery men were equally professional, encountering a problem I hadn't even considered, my narrow twisty stairs.
A solution was readily supplied, although it became unnecessary in the end.

My bed garners positive remarks from everyone who has seen it, it looks very smart, but the best compliment is mine. It is so very comfortable and well worth the time necessary for it to be made.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Got to say, Folks: Huge well done and thanks. Needing a new mattress, we visited two of your stores, THEN went to the Trafford Centre - and then came back to you. Should have done that in the first place, since, honestly, we've purchased mattresses from you in the past.

One of the things that always impresses me is staff who so obviously know their products and are passionate about them. Both your Alma Mill staff and those at the other Blackburn store were more than helpful. We came away well satisfied and look forward to sleeping much more soundly !

Outstanding - why go elsewhere when such excellence is nearbye ?

High praise indeed for Prestige beds for their sales, after sales, delivery and customer service. My mattress developed a small fault and I emailed Presige via the email address, Richard contacted me the very same day. The asessors, (Kev & Mitch) came to inspect it the next morning and ascertained it could be replaced immediately. Kev was wonderful, taking into account that I am Deaf from texting me to let me know his imminent arrival, to speaking clearly an snaking sure he was looking at me, so I could Lipread when he was speaking to me. Replacement mattress arrived the very next morning. Richard at the office kept me updated via email.
Absolutely wonderful service from Prestige beds, the customer service is second to none and I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.
My grateful thanks for your speedy help with rectifying the issue and enormous personal thanks to Kev and Mitch for their assessment and exchange of the mattress.

Thank you once again for your excellent service. Everyone at Prestige is so friendly and helpful, and the two young men who delivered our new mattress were extremely pleasant, and efficient. We've been buying beds from you since 1972 and wouldn't go anywhere else!

My wife Suzanne and I bought a king size pine wooden bed with a very firm mattress from Prestige at the Padiham Branch over 16 years ago when we got married still going strong and very comfortable in deed cheers Prestige

After ‘making do’ for what seemed like too long, my husband and I (after another poor night’s sleep) decided that it was time for action. We stopped by the Blackburn Central location one morning, and greeted by Gary, were steered towards our preferred brand – Sealy. My husband is from the US, and we know the brand from back there. After two hours of ‘tossing & turning’ and yes, some snuggling, we made our selection. Gary was great, and not pushy at all... just knowledgeable and super helpful. We’ve had some of the best night’s sleep now for well over two months, and our back pain has disappeared. The delivery guys were also great, carrying everything up to the top floor of our three story townhouse. They even got rid of all the packing materials. We have already recommended Prestige on two occasions.

Worth every penny.
