Did you know that unlike a number of other bed and mattress retailers we actually have our own fleet of vans and our own dedicated delivery team who operate five days a week to ensure products our customers have purchased arrive as quick as possible.
Our fleet as mentioned operates five days a week across the whole of the Northwest and some of our products are available on free next day delivery too although terms and conditions apply.
In addition to our next day delivery Prestige Beds can have our drivers telephone you prior to delivery to let you know that they are en-route which eliminates the need for you to sit around say all morning or afternoon. If you require them to call you en-route then please request this when placing your order with us.
When having your bed or mattress delivered then you do not need to worry about the transition from our delivery van into your home. Our experienced team will deliver your product into the room of your choice whether this is downstairs or upstairs, in a house, apartment, block of flats or sheltered accommodation they will make the transition!
What is more when your new bed is delivered we have an old bed removal service where we will take away your old bed and so you do not need to worry about discarding it yourself. The delivery team can even help to assemble the bed should you so wish.
Unfortunately we are in a position where we can only offer this transition service to our customers with a 25 mile radius of our factory. Those customers who are outside the 25 mile radius will have their deliveries made through a 3rd party courier who will be unable to carry out the old bed removal service and assembly of the bed.
