A big thank you to the staff at Hart Street Blackburn and to the wonderful delivery men. My brother, who has had a stroke recently, wanted a bed with very specific requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. You found exactly what he wanted. He had already been to 4 other bed suppliers and had been disappointed. Your customer service was superb. The delivery men went to endless trouble to get the bed up a difficult staircase and came back a second time the same day to make the delivery. They went well beyond the call of duty in sorting out the problem. I would recomment this store to anyone, unreservedly. If there was a customer service award for which I could nominate you, I would do so.

Myself & my partner visited the Whitebirk showroom at Blackburn. We were greeted by a friendly lady called Sam. She left us to browse & made sure that we were ok without jumping on us. When we approached her for help she did a wonderful job & explained the differences between the mattresses & showed us the different drawer configurations. My boyfriend is a senior consultant for a national fireplace company & he was very impressed by her friendliness & her attitude. We bought a superb Highgrove Kingsize divan which we requested to be delivered a week later when we had a day off. This Monday afternoon the bed was delivered by two very obliging delivery drivers, who put the bed in to our bedroom & even offered to build it for us. They even took the old bed away at short notice. My BF even gave them both a tip which considering he can peel an orange in his pocket, is most unusual! All in all I can heartily say that this was one of the friendliest & most informative companies that we have dealt with & would like to say a big thanks to Sam & the delivery lads. A real credit to the company. Thank you

Just wanted to say thank you to Prestige Beds. We came to the showroom last Sunday to purchase a mattress and was greeted by Chris. We were not pestered as you are sometimes when you go in the big bed shops we were left to have a browse and to try out the beds. When we found the one we wanted it was a lot cheaper than the others we had seen at the other bed shops and it was in stock. We asked for delivery the following Tuesday which was no problem. Prestige Beds are definitely worth a visit. Thanks.

I feel it only right to show my appreciation for the wonderful service you provided me at Prestige Beds this week. I contacted you on 05/03/2012 regarding the interest I had in purchasing a leather bedstead as I was unsure about the differences between the different models. After phoning your internet enquiry line I was greeted by a very helpful member of staff who spent a great deal of time explaining the options and the difference in quality answering any queries I had about why leather beds vary in price. Once I had chosen my frame I was then faced with the difficulty of choosing a mattress but once again after explaining my preferences I was offered a recommendation which would suit both my budget and needs. Once my new bed had been chosen I was delighted to receive it within two days of my phone call. I have to say I am extremely happy with my new bed, the mattress is perfect and the build quality of the bedframe is exceptional. I will definitely recommend.

I would like to compliment your company and staff for the excellent service we received when we called into the Prestige Beds Preston showroom. Jane whom we dealt with was both patient and very helpful giving us time to browse, and whilst not being 'pushy' at, all was on hand with any help, information and advice that we needed. Our order was taken and duly delivered on time and installed for us, with our old beds being taken away as promised. The new beds are just what we wanted and were offered at a very fair price.
We feel that we have been treated very well indeed and having previously visited other companies outlets in our area found none to compare with yours. The whole experience was made pleasurable by everyone in your'e company that we have come into contact with and would ask that you pass on our thanks to them.
We would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone considering renewing their beds etc.

I would like to compliment your excellent company and in particular one member of staff, Jane.

My Wife and I visited the nearby competition who's staff were almost as irritating as estate agents and may as well have been selling a 2nd hand car! The staff we spoke to were clearly trying to apply a company led sales pitch and all failed miserably. Either coming across as fake (robotic almost) or even worse rude because they were not listening to whats my wife and I had to say. I thought the prices were ridiculous and could not fathom some of the prices they were presenting us with.

I had almost given up and saw the sign for Prestige Beds and we went into your shop. After having a quick look round we were approached by Jane. I was happy that she was listening to what my wife had to say and helped us make our decision in an efficient, friendly, courteous and professional manner. Jane clearly knew a lot about beds and mattresses and spent time helping us make a well informed decision. I was also surprised when a price against a like-for-like bed we had seen across the road came out significantly less. I was happy that when we had left the shop we had received a fair deal and was very clear on every aspect of how things were going to go ahead.

Through no fault of Prestige Beds the delivery came without some necessary parts. It was the centre supports for the bed. We spoke to Jane on the same day and she stayed on the case since we brought it to her attention. I was delighted to feel like I was being helped by someone that cared.

I can never remember receiving such good customer service where a company has rung me on several occasions to update me on the progress without me having to pester them.

I have already recommended your shop to friends, family and work mates and will not hesitate in coming back for another bed or mattress in the future.

Please pass on my thanks to Jane for the outstanding service we had received.

To the manager, I went into the Preston branch a week last Saturday with my husband and ordered a bed for my son. It arrived on Saturday and I just feel the need to get in touch and compliment you on your service from start to finish. Mark who served us originally was very helpful, Jane who I spoke to in the shop regarding the delivery was just delightful and a pleasure to speak to and the delivery lads were polite and helpful whilst putting the bed together. I will most definitely be telling everyone about the wonderful service we received from you. Everyone is quick enough to complain these days but nobody seems to want to compliment good service so I just wanted to pass on that I am a very satisfied customer.
