You can easily order items directly from our website by adding your desired product(s) to your shopping cart and proceeding through to checkout where delivery address and credit card details will be required and passed through our secure server for payment. Alternatively you can call us on 01254 681082 and place your order with one of our sales staff, or email us and one of our sales team will call you to take your order. All of our prices throughout our site include VAT.
On submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us itemising the products and the cost of your order. Please carefully check to make sure that what you have ordered and the amount paid is correct. If you do not receive this e-mail or there are any errors, please call us on 01254 681082 (9am – 5pm Monday to Saturday).
From placing your order to receiving your goods our procedure is broken down into 3 easy steps to ensure a smooth, hassle free service:
Order Acknowledgement – on receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing full details of your purchase. Please carefully check that all the information such as the product, delivery address and contact number is correct. If you notice any error, contact us immediately.
Dispatch Arrangements – All stock items purchased for next day delivery will be despatched on the chosen day. For all other items a member of the sales team will call you once the product is ready for dispatch and a delivery day and time will be arranged.
Delivery of your goods – Once steps 1 and 2 are successfully completed delivery will take place on the confirmed day. In the event that you miss your delivery, a card will be left with contact details to rearrange delivery. A second call out will be chargeable depending on location and payment will be required up front.
