Delivery

Prestige Beds offer free delivery on purchases over £300 to anywhere within a 30 mile radius of any of our warehouse at our main branch in Blackburn, Lancashire (BB1 1HW). Purchases under £300 will incur a £25 delivery charge. Delivery to anywhere between a 30-40 mile radius of either of our branches will incur a fixed £45 delivery charge.

If you are situated beyond the range in which we deliver that is not a problem, many of our suppliers such as Silentnight, Rest Assured and Birlea operate a direct delivery service to anywhere in the UK for only a small charge. Please contact us for more details on this service.

If we do not have your item in stock, delivery time will vary depending on the supplier and type of product you are looking to purchase. Some products could take just 1-2 weeks however, for arguments sake we say a lead time of 2-3 weeks to reach us and your products can be despatched to you the next working day (Saturdays included) or whichever day is convenient for you.

We offer next day delivery on all of our stock items on orders placed before 12pm noon. Orders placed before 12 noon on stock items on a Friday can be delivered on Saturday on request.

Delivery times are arranged for either the morning (9.30am – 12.30pm), or afternoon (1pm – 5pm).

Our drivers can telephone you prior to delivery to let you know they are en-route so you don’t have to wait in all morning or afternoon. Please request this when placing your order.

We have our very own fleet of delivery vans operating 9am until 5pm Monday to Saturday, and we employ our own delivery team, 2 men to each van, who are well trained and qualified in manual handling in order to guarantee our customers a thorough and professional service.

Q. Will you take my new bed upstairs when you deliver?

YES. The delivery team will deliver your purchase into the room of your choice, whether upstairs or downstairs, and whether it be in a house, apartment, a block of flats or sheltered accommodation.

Q. Can you assemble my new bed when you deliver?

YES. Our delivery team will happily unpack and assemble your bed for no extra charge on request when placing your order. All direct delivery orders to outside our catchment area must be self assembly, as the 3rd party courier is only authorised to take your product to the room of choice.

Q. Could you remove my old bed when you deliver?

YES. Again on request when ordering your new bed, we are happy to take away your old bed, frame and/or mattress however, like with assembly, this only applies if you live within our catchment area and our delivery team comes to you. All old beds that we remove are recycled.
