Cancellations and Returns |

Orders can be cancelled at any time before arrangement of delivery for a full refund. If the cancellation is in regard to problems with the delivery date or schedule we will be happy to try to be as flexible as possible. However, we appreciate any advance warnings or notice. To cancel your delivery please call 01254 681082 or visit our Contact Us page. Should you wish to return any product(s) purchased online, you must notify us within 7 days of the receipt of your goods. We will offer you a choice of either an exchange to another product or collection of the goods and a refund. We reserve our right to recover the cost of collection which will be a £50 charge and will be deducted from your refund. Goods must be returned to us in the same condition they were in when delivered and in their original packaging. Mattresses which have been opened and slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped up until you are sure you want to keep it. Once we have received confirmation that the goods have been collected and returned in the condition they were delivered, we will issue the relevant refund. If you find your new goods are either incorrect, faulty or damaged within 14 days of your delivery, please contact us immediately and we will exchange the faulty or incorrect item as quickly as possible. |
