Cancellations & returns
Orders can be cancelled at any time before arrangement of delivery for a full refund. If the cancellation is in regard to problems with the delivery date or schedule we will be happy to try to be as flexible as possible. However, we appreciate any advance warnings or notice. To cancel your delivery please call 01254 681082.
Please note that if you wish to return a purchased mattress that is not faulty - then it must be returned to us unopened and in a re-saleable condition and by using your own courier service. To accept a return item we need to be notified in writing within 7 days. Unfortunately we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on any items that have been unpacked, used or slept on.
If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped up until you are sure you want to keep it. Once we have received confirmation that the goods have been returned in the condition they were delivered, we will issue the relevant refund or exchange.
Internet orders only - not applicable to stores
In the unlikely event you do have a warranty claim we request a photograph of the fault to forward to the manufacturers who can then authorise immediate action on your warranty claim.
